florida tickets

I have a friend who's Sister lives in Florida and wants to purchase PH there. THey seem to be about $100.00 cheaper. Are there certain restricitions to these tickets? I thought I seen something where if you bought them you had to show a Florida Drivers License to use them. I may be confused.

Won't work. You HAVE to be a FL resident to get these deals. I copied and pasted this from WDW site.

Proof of Florida residency is required -- you must provide any one of the following:
• Florida driver's license
• Florida state-issued ID card (must have Florida address)
• Current utility statement with your name and Florida address along with a corresponding picture ID
• Florida voter's registration card with corresponding picture ID
• A college ID for a Florida college
• Florida-based military ID

And there are finger scans used each entry that must match the purchasers finger.

It should go without saying that all the above id should be valid. They do check it occasionally at the gate after you get them at the ticket booth.
