Florida taxes on rooms

Hi - just wondering what the taxes are on hotel rooms in Florida. They always give the untaxed rate and I'd like to do an accurate budget. Also, how much extra is it for a fifth person in a room/cabin?

When I called, the CM told me that the hotel tax is 12.5%, at least for CSR.

It is 12.5. The 3rd adult in a hotel room is 10 per nite extra I think but I don't know if it applies to cabins since they are designed to hold 6. You can't have a fifth person at a value or moderate except POR with a trundle bed.

The All-Star resorts are in a different county and their tax rate is 13.5%.
