Florida fun in the sun

Can anyone tell me about the Florida fun in the sun ticket?

What I was wanting to know, was if it's available to everyone or only those who are staying in a WDW hotel?

As far as I know the FITS ticket is available to anyone

The site that a few people have bought them from successfully was Paramount International.If you e-mail them they are very helpful and respond quickly.
