Florida 4 day Pass Question

I think I know the answer, but just want to make sure.

My brother is a Florida resident - but not a Disney nut.

He was asking me about the $99 ticket.

Do the 4 days have to be used within 14 days of first use or can it be used on any 4 days during the year (except for blackouts)?

I am assuming this will work like the military discount ticket and will be the latter (any 4 days during the year).

Can someone confirm?

thev4vday play pass is only good on the following dates, not all year.

4 Day Dream Pass

* $99 for 4-parks, 4-days - Valid from 1/3 - 3/26/10 and 4/10 - 5/25/10

It is any four day, but it is only valid through May 25, 2010. And there are blockout dates.
