Flip vs. Aiptek isdv2.4"

Anyone have any information as to which one is better? I got the Aiptek for $70 at target on BF. I don't know much about either. Any info would be great.

Run away from the Aiptek(or save your receipt.) We had one. It caught on fire the first time we tried to use it. Replacement was great for a few minutes, then started sounding like a jet engine taking off. WIth no moving parts, that was quite a feat.

I only know about the flip. We've had ours for 11 months now. I have 5 kids ages 6 to 15 and they all use it. We have never had a problem with it. They run around with it, have taken it camping, have left out outside overnight... and they've dropped it a time or two. It is still working as well as the day we got it.

do you find the recording space to be adequate? I'm looking at the 60 minute mini and the fact that it's not expandable is the biggest negative for me but maybe it's not that big of a deal???

The RCA Small Wonder is exactly the same as the Flip, but has a memory card slot. Mine is working great!
