If I have my own rental car at the port parking lot, how difficult would it be to catch a 12:05pm flight?

If all goes according to schedule, you should have no trouble getting to the airport by 10 or 10:30, particularly if you have early seating. The ship is usually docked, and people are able o exit at least by 8. If you have late seating, your breakfast time will be 8, and you should be off the ship by 9. or 9:15. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to the airport.
