We are due to arrive at 21.20 into Paris CDG. We have booked 3 night at Sequoia Lodge starting the following day as it was expensive when the flight arrives so late. Has anyone any suggestions of where we could sleep on the first night that would be cheapish and local to airport, or should we just head straight over to Disneyland?

Thanks

Neil

personally I'd head straight for a local to Disneyland Paris hotel that night, ready to transfer over to your onsite hotel early next morning.

However, what were you thinking of doing for the transfer itself from the airport? At that time of night you would need to get either a late TGV (if there is one late enough for you) or a private/shared shuttle with rstransports/ezyshuttle.com or others. Thats easy to do and is a fixed price depending on size of party, to DLP or the associated hotels.

Check the associated hotels on various agents websites (travelrepublic, alpharooms, hotels.com etc etc etc) and also their own websites (they are the Explorers, Dream Castle, Magic Circus and Kyriad hotels).

Any other offsite hotels will involve extra cost, because you'd either need a quote from the shuttle companies to val d'europe or Bussy St George, or you'd be looking at taking the RER train out from DLP station to those locations, late at night. Maybe not the best idea if you have young children in your party.

Thanks for the quick response. We are travelling as a party of 4, 2A and 2C (10, 5).
Which local hotels to Disneyland do you suggest?
I was thinking of getting a private shuttle for my family to resort.
Thanks again.

Kyriad is the least expensive and I've seen reports of many people who said that is a nice hotel and a very good cost/quality rate.

All 4 of the associated hotels are great for the night before a move to your onsite hotel next morning :).

It tends to depend what time of year you're going as to which hotel is cheapest (I haven't stayed at the Kyriad yet as the other 3 have been cheaper for my trip dates so far).
