There are 6 of us, so we're limited, but I'm seeing a BC Deluxe that just opened up. The rest of our stay is at BC Villas, so the location is perfect. I'm just wanting convenience at this point, and I think either sounds pretty convenient. Now to decide....

Airport Embassy suites for 1/2 the price. 2 queens and a sleeper, including full breakfast the next morning. Surprisingly cheap for an UberXL to the beach club after.

We did it this past 12/29 and it was a perfect plan.

This is an excellent suggestion. I need to include this as an option for future trips.

There are a ton of hotels by the airport. I just called the embassy suites when we got our luggage and the shuttle came right over. A few extra minutes and you don't have to pay the massive premium for the Hyatt and get full breakfast, too. (just bring a couple of bucks to tip the shuttle driver and the omelet maker in the morning... :D)

Are you planning to hit the parks early the next day? If so, then stay onsite. We often get in late and stay onsite to hit the parks at rope drop. Then we can come back to the hotel and relax, aka pass out by the pool with a drink, in the afternoon.

Another vote for the Hyatt. It's a lot of money for an airport hotel, but it's cheaper then the Beach Club. Have you tried third party sites?

I would go straight to Disney. I like to wake up there and be ready to go. Plus that earlier FP window can make a huge difference.

This. We love Embassy Suites.

If money isn't a concern, I would go straight to the BC. Waking up at Disney beats waking up at the airport hotel. If you stay at the airport, you have to get up and travel again. Even though it's a short trip, you're still not waking up in the bubble.

If I was actually in your shoes, though, I would pick the less expensive option, as money is definitely an object to me.

I would agree that if money isn't a concern, I would go to BC. You will still be in travel mode when your flight gets in, so I would inclined to just keep going for another hour, or so, to get me to Disney.
I love waking up at Disney that first morning. I love going to the Boardwalk Bakery for breakfast that first morning and just sitting at a table on the boardwalk and looking over the lake while I'm eating my breakfast.

Have a great trip!

Head to Disney as soon as you can. One day we landed on Orlando at 2:00 AM. We had no choice but to get to BWV since I had a 6:30 AM tee time at LBV the next morning. I was a zombie on the golf course, but my wife was so happy to sleep in and not have to worry about getting on DME the next day. She got up at 11 and headed straight for the pool.

I'd go with the BC. Who wants to move rooms? I always think it is kind of a pain. Plus you can sleep as long as you want if you go to the BC and don't have to worry about check out times, etc.

They have to move rooms anyway.

It depends on plans for the next day. If you want to get up and head to the parks then I'd stay BC. If it's a low key kinda day then I'd stay near the airport and head to BCV that morning. Of c

At a difference of $150, it puts it into the "difficult to choose" category for me. We had planned to stay overnight at the Hyatt in Feb before heading to WL the next day since our plane was scheduled to land at 11:40 pm. When I went to book it, the price differential was about $100. We ended up deciding to go directly to WL. As it turns out, our flight didn't get in until well after 1 am and we didn't make it to our room until about 2:30 am. So, perhaps a night at the Hyatt would have been better. OTOH, it was kind of cool to be in the WL lobby with absolutely no one else other than us and the front desk clerk. And we got to sleep in until 9:30 and have a leisurely breakfast at WCC before heading directly to the parks. Had we stayed at MCO, we would have wanted to be up earlier to get on the bus, have to repack a bit, would probably have had to leave our luggage at bell services, and would have probably left the parks earlier because of lack of sleep. So, I think we probably made the right decision. We have three more trips planned and are arriving at the same time (hopefully ON time) and I didn't even bother to check the Hyatt prices. It's a tough call when the price differential isn't absolutely huge but is also not small. If I had children, I'd probably be inclined to stay at the Hyatt, sleep in a little bit the next morning and accept that I'll get to Disney a little later in the morning and maybe leave a little bit early at night just so that the kids aren't starting the vacation totally cranky. But if I can sleep in as late as I like, I think I'll continue to just head directly to WDW.
