At a difference of $150, it puts it into the "difficult to choose" category for me. We had planned to stay overnight at the Hyatt in Feb before heading to WL the next day since our plane was scheduled to land at 11:40 pm. When I went to book it, the price differential was about $100. We ended up deciding to go directly to WL. As it turns out, our flight didn't get in until well after 1 am and we didn't make it to our room until about 2:30 am. So, perhaps a night at the Hyatt would have been better. OTOH, it was kind of cool to be in the WL lobby with absolutely no one else other than us and the front desk clerk. And we got to sleep in until 9:30 and have a leisurely breakfast at WCC before heading directly to the parks. Had we stayed at MCO, we would have wanted to be up earlier to get on the bus, have to repack a bit, would probably have had to leave our luggage at bell services, and would have probably left the parks earlier because of lack of sleep. So, I think we probably made the right decision. We have three more trips planned and are arriving at the same time (hopefully ON time) and I didn't even bother to check the Hyatt prices. It's a tough call when the price differential isn't absolutely huge but is also not small. If I had children, I'd probably be inclined to stay at the Hyatt, sleep in a little bit the next morning and accept that I'll get to Disney a little later in the morning and maybe leave a little bit early at night just so that the kids aren't starting the vacation totally cranky. But if I can sleep in as late as I like, I think I'll continue to just head directly to WDW.
