FL Resident Tickets Jan-June??

I remember 2 years ago disney had FL resident tickets good from January until june for $99 for 3 parks. And then Last year it was like $119. Does anyone think they will do this FL resident ticket deal for January 2015?

Can these be bought ahead of time? We have always bought them at Shades of Green to avoid the sales tax but would like to buy them ahead of time to be able to book fastpasses. Does anyone know?

I think it goes on sale the third of January...I don't even know today's date lol As an aside, what does one do with a florida resident that goes away to college..no license, no house bills in their name? Is there a disney policy on this or any help in this regard. TIA I know I can call, but it seems the DIS'ers often are more up to date than the cms that man the phone lines...
