fl resident seasonal pass black out dates?

anyone know when these are for 2005? dh and i already are annual passholders, but i was trying to talk my brother into upgrading his 4day pass for fl residents up to a seasonal since he is going to go back there within the year.

but i was trying to find out what the dates are for next year. anyone know???
