FL Resident Park Tickets- Where to Purchase??

We need to purchase a couple of the 3-Day Play Pass tickets. Can these be purchased outside of the parks, say at a local Disney Store? My MIL lives in Ft Myers and wanted to purchase them locally if possible.

Fl resident passes can be purchased on the web, by phone, or in person at WDW. I'm not sure if Florida Disney Stores sell Florida resident passes.

If purchased on the web or by phone, the recipient will get vouchers, not actual passes. These vouchers must be turned in at Guest Services to be exchanged for actual tickets. When they are turned in for use, the recipient must provide proof of Florida residency in order to get the passes.

If you are not a Florida resident or do not have proof of residency, then you will be given the option of paying the cost difference between the Florida resident's pass and the cost of a regular MYW pass.

If your MIL is a AAA member she can purchase them from the AAA office in Ft.Myers.

I will check with her on AAA membership. I did make a call to the Disney Store in Ft Myers and they confirmed they sell the vouchers.

AAA is offering some new choices right now - it was in my last AAA magazine. I don't remember exactly but now they also have 4, 5, 6, and 7 day tickets for FL residents and if you buy them now you get the same # days of water park etc. tickets for free.

Now through June 30, 2007, purchase a Florida Resident
4, 5, 6 or 7-day base theme park ticket or park-hopper theme park ticket and receive the same number of extra visits for FREE to your choice of Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, DisneyQuest, Pleasure Island or Wide World of Sports. Plus, the ticket is valid for 6 months from first use!

Just to be perfectly clear, since you say that "we" need to buy the passes, and your location says Ohio. Your MIL can buy the vouchers, but in order to actually turn them into a pass, you will have to show valid FL identification for all adults in the party. And they will ask for names and birthdates of the juniors (10-17 year olds).

To clarify, she is getting her pass and two of our kids, under the age of 10.
