The FL resident tickets can be a good deal if they meet your needs. They usually have blackout days or might only be good til a certain date. I have friends down here that have used them.

Agree with @ars0525 that they can be good deals. However @SBSID should be aware that unless they also live in FL (not just the MIL) they won't be able to get the FL resident deal.

If your mother in law is a Florida resident she could buy the ticket for herself - but she won't be able to buy them for relatives who are not Florida residents.
