For some reason today, I just thought of this. Now, I'm not overweight, but I guess it can never hurt to want to be more fit. So I've decided to make a fitness plan (well my gym teacher also urged us to....extra credit
i'll take whatever points i can get)
20-30 minutes on the treadmill daily
jog around the block
sit ups
cut out after school snacks
now this week is vacaction so it's gonna b hard to stick to this but i'm gonna try.
