Fitness Plan

For some reason today, I just thought of this. Now, I'm not overweight, but I guess it can never hurt to want to be more fit. So I've decided to make a fitness plan (well my gym teacher also urged us to....extra credit ;) i'll take whatever points i can get)

20-30 minutes on the treadmill daily
jog around the block
sit ups
cut out after school snacks

now this week is vacaction so it's gonna b hard to stick to this but i'm gonna try.

Do you have a daily fitness routine?
 
Eat Sleep Dis Freinds and Volleyball.....lol but no ont really sometimes ill do crunches inmy room.............well kinda......not really lol
 
Well I dance 6 days a week so I guess you could say that I have PE... and I work out at home alot does that count lol

So I guess in PE I do

Push Ups, Crunches, 10 minute run each day, Jumping Jacks, stuff like that

Then Dance

We do Up and Downs(push-up, stand up jump to sky), Splits, V-Ups, Straddle Stretch, Scissar Kicks, Crunches, Push Ups, Jumps ect.

Then Home

V Ups, Push Ups, Run Up and down the stairs 20 times, Scissar Kicks, splits, etc so I guess thats a fittness plan o yeah i dont eat breakfast, and i have like for lunch just a granola bar hoping my weight is going down since i weigh 105
 
I'm a lazy bum honestly.
I don't do any exercise other than walking to and from the bus stop, walking up the main staircase at school and walking back and forth when I'm supposed to be playing bordenball in gym.
I'm out of shape, but I look okay for someone who eats bad and doesn't do anything.
But I don't look great or anything.
 

I don't really exercise either. It's not like I need to anyway. I'm barely 90 pounds..and yet in gym I have to do all of this exercise that makes me even more thinner.. =/
 
I'm doing a small workout every night before my shower. I just want to tone up a little bit. I do various types of crunches, push-ups, squats, lunges, etc.
 
I do yoga 3 times a day. I eat well. I play tennis and swim when I feel like it. I also do 100 crunches every day.. just because I like having a flat stomach. I don't even try to eat well, I just do, you would just need to ignore the fact that I ate 9 milkshakes this week.. but it's dairy!
 
Currently...no.
Before...after school sports,gym class,and up and down 3 floors 10 times a day in school was my routine.

I AM a lazy bum and am...well was...mostly muscle.
I don't have a flat stomach,I've got thunder thighs,but I'm also at a healthy stage/point/whatever.
 
Nope, I don't. I'm surprised I'm not 200 pounds actually. I don't eat the best things (but I don't eat a lot of it, I always have small portions) and I barely ever excercise. I used to excercise and be active, but I just don't anymore.

I'm healthy though, I always have been. Granted, I'm not 100 pounds, but I'm not a whale either. As long as I don't get huge, I'm fine with how I live now.
 
Nope.
I used to bike 3 miles everyday on one of those indoor fitness bikes.
I stopped once school started.
But I'm going to start doing Tae Bo, Yoga, and bike 3 miles everyday again this summer and try to keep it up.
I need to do some regular stuff like Push-ups, sit-ups, stuff like that.
I don't eat the best either, but way better than I used to.
Most of my pants are too big from last year, so that makes me feel smaller and I'm happy with that. xD
I'm overweight but I'm not huge either so it doesn't really bother me.

At the moment I'm trying to eat better, and give up soda...well most of it. :P
I need my caffine every once in awhile.

You actually can't loose weight if you don't eat. And 105 is not heavy at all! I don't think you have to worry about eating to much because you do dance and you burn so many calories from doing that. Having just a granola bar for lunch, and no breakfast is not a good idea if you ask me.

I did karate for almost 6 years then it started to not be fun and be more like work so once i got my black belt i quit. then i hit high school and i miss it so much but i swear i've gotten a little more fit just running up and down the stairs and having to walk up and down endless hallways just to get to my classes. In middle school all my classes were in one hallway, but now they are all over the place so i defiantely get more excersie during the day than i used to. And i actually TRY in gym this year which is a huge leap from middle school :yay:
i'm trying really REALLY hard to get into better shape cause you would think all those years of getting beat on and being expected to beat on other people would make me more athletic but it really didn't.

I don't think i'm fat or anything but I'm not really skinny either so being in better shape would definately be an improvement.:)

I lost around 5 pounds when I had the stomach flu because I didn't eat practially the whole day..well I tried but the food didn't agree with me

Well thats not what I meant...

On the Biggest Loser (the show) the trainers are constantly telling the players to eat. They say you can't loose weight from working out if you don't eat.

I know some of you may be thinking "oh its a TV show:rolleyes: that doesn't mean its true" but this is a reliable source considering who the trainers are and the results that have come from the show.

Don't do that. Skipping meals won't help, and 105 is also a perfectly fine weight. Actually, if you do weigh that, you should gain a few pounds.
 
The reason why not eating makes you gain weight is because food casues your matabolism to speed up (if you eat the right kinds) Not eating will casue it to slow down

And i guess i'll start with
50 crunches a night
10 pushups
dancing 30 minutes

3 times a week I get on the trampoline and do a buttload of cheer jumps...Its cardio and it is helping me get ready for try outs.

I get alot of exersize at school too...
PE
We do as a full pe class (guys and girls...all 4 classes that are going on)
10 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 leg lifts and these plank things...plus stretches and stuff
Then the uperclassmen girls pe(which i'm in) We run out to our "fitness room" Which is a bunch of good exersize equipment donated from local gyms (thank you to them) And do weights and stuff. Or we go and do ladder things...So jumping and stuff...
And then once a week we run a mile
Plus all the walking over the campus (outside campus with classes on both sides)
 
Well i used to do like around 1000 sit ups a day . Not all at once though .


In the morning before my shower i would do rounds of 20+ and then take a break .



Then any spare time i would just to sit ups (TV ect).



And before bed i would do as many as i could all at once & when i did as much as i could w/o a break i would make myself do one more than i thought was possible. Its all about pushing yourself. And then i would take a couple second break & then do it again .


I had a pretty nice abs for a while then i got lazy (: I dont have then anymore AT ALL hahaha.
 
Last time I checked I weighed 150. I am 5'9"ish to 5'10"ish and I lift weights but I don't really run much unless its in practice for basketball or football. I am trying to gain 20 more pounds without putting on fat. I want to gain it in muscle. If I reach that by the summer I will be very happy

Haha thats what I think. If you are dancing and working out so much, I think you should eat more simply because you are burning so many calories.
 
I dance twice a week.
Then at home I'm like constantly dancing around the house, like leaping and practicing turns alot.
I kind of just do sit-ups alot... like when I'm watching tv.
I stretch constantly... but I don't know if thats excersising. I'm also going to start walking today, for an hour each day.
