That does sound off. I plan to use my pedometer with the fitbit to see if the results are similar.

I measured my cereal and milk the morning. My cereal bowl looks seriously skimpy. I usually eat only cereal, but about twice the amount. Now, I'll need to add something to it. Some kind of protein. Doesn't look like enough food!
When I started back on WW I measured out my cereal. I was eating way more then a serving! For me now, a serving of Cheerios is one cup. But I also add in a medium size cut up banana and about 1/4 cup of blueberries and only use half a cup of milk. Fills me right up. The fruit adds in the sweetness so no more sprinkling sugar over the top.
