First try and a software suggestion?

Ok I just tried to make my name on photoshop. I am pretty proud (though now I will NEVER get work done!!)

Does anyone have any other programs that can do this type of thing with the names and mickey heads that is not photoshop? I only have a trial of it and no way can pay $600 for it.

I am guessing you mean the fact that this is ALL i want to do now? yea I am there.. unfortunately I only have trial software so I am hoping that someone can tell me a cheaper way to feed this addiction than the $600 photoshop. Anyone???

haha yep... I am in for it.

My fiance came up with this suggestion for me...."plan one subject for the week, make a disign, plan another subject, make another one"

Let's see if that works... only I am sure making ONE disign at a time will really turn into 5 or more... but this is better than the retail therapy I have been engaging in haha

I do all my disigns (including name fills)on Photoshop Elements 6.0. Paid $70 at Walmart.

I just looked online and they have it for 72. Best buy has it for 100. I have a TON of rewards points saved up from best buy so I am going to get the certs and bring in the print up from walmart and best buy will match the price and I will end up paying around $25!!!! I just have to wait until the end of the month for all my points to come through.. good thing my trial is for 30 days!!

Haha yep I don't know if I can make it a full month waiting. I am not sure if my trial version has everything the real one does. I can't seem to figure out how to do some of the things that other people are able to do with it. I am trying to search through the program but I REALLY should be doing lesson plans!!
