First time spa questions

Hello avid Disney cruisers,

I must admit that I find myself a bit frustrated as a first time Disney cruise planner. Avid Disney parks goer who knows the parks very well- and I find it a struggle to find solid information on things I want to know about the cruise. The activity booking process and the fact you cannot see things beforehand really bothers me. Anyway...

We will be on a 7 night cruise on the magic.

The two things we want to book are a couples message and rainforest room.

Someone with a much higher status than us who can book has created a spreadsheet but it left me with more questions-

1. Can the rainforest room length of cruise pass be booked beforehand or will I just have to made a mad dash for it once on the cruise and possible miss out if we get a late PAT time?

2. Our cruise is showing two different couples message options. A 50 minute one that just says couples message and a 150 one that is a couples message villa. I want the one where we have hot tube time.. is that the 150 minute one?

1. Can the rainforest room length of cruise pass be booked beforehand

Yes it can. When your booking window opens, go to the Spa section and it will be listed with all the other spa treatments.

Rainforest Room does not book out that fast. They hold space for on board bookings on embarkation day. There is a spa open house on embarkation day and the spa staff will be trying to get people to buy spa treatments and Rain Forest Room passes.

1. Rainforest length of stay can be booked prior to the cruise, once your booking window opens.

2. If you want the couples hot tub and massage, then you want to book the Couples Villa option. We did this on the Wonder last year and it was a nice experience. (Sadly, the price has increased a bit since then-- so if it's something you want to experience, do it now rather than waiting for a future cruise.)

Yes, you can book the rainforest room pass ahead of time, then you go pay for it once you’re on the cruise.

Get the 150 minute Couples Villa! We did this on the Magic and it is hands down the best thing DH and I have done as a couple. It’s fantastic. I have never felt so decadent and pampered. We will definitely do it again.
