First time player. Can't get on the game?

I have been trying to get into this game for two days now. I am a first time player and it goes through a bunch of stuff, then just gives me a blank screen and nothing happens.

Anyone have this problem and know how to fix it? I've tried it in Internet Explorer and Mozilla.

Just keep trying, eventually, they will fix it

Bummer. I was having that problem yesterday. though.

Maybe it wasn't meant to be.

The first time you load the game it takes a really long time -some have said it has taken up to an hour on the black screen. Also, many of us have been having loading problems. You can keep refreshing the screen and maybe that will eventually get you in.
