First time considering a BWV Grand Villa. How hard to get at 7 months?

I have several family members that would like to go with us and the Grand Villa would be great, but I'd need to use BCV points in addition to our BVW points, so I wouldn't be able to book until 7 months out. We'd likely go in September. Any words of wisdom on the difficulty of booking it at the 7 month window? TIA

Boardwalk only has 7 GV's so it may be tough.You may want to try to trade with someone that has BW as there home resort so you can book it at the 11 month window.

I have called several times at 6 months out and and there has been availabilty for the GV at Boardwalk. This was for check in during our spring break week in March. I guess you won't know until you try! Good Luck!

Since the points for these are so obscenely high, they don't fill up as fat as the OKW units do. If you have to have one and you have to have it at seven months and you have the points, you probably have a much better chance at BWV than OKW.
