I can't take credit - Nicole (Madi100) posted it on the main podcast board that she was selling a bear and I happened to have the same bear. Some might give me a hard time because DH gave it to me on our wedding day, but I have video proof that he gave it to me and the extra cash means our kids can join us for this cruise and a few days before to see the parks. Being able to see my 3 year old daughter's face light up when she sees the castle for the first time will be all I need to know it was the right choice to sell the bear. The weather here is crazy!!! It has been raining here today. It was suppose to snow not rain. It is making a mess outside.

We had a Winter Weather advisory. I must have missed this on the news last night because I went to bed early. I am wearing my Crocs today (the ones without holes) but my feet are frozen. It was definitely an Uggs day.

Yes!

Here's my day.

Wake up at the crack of dawn, get the camera and get up on deck. Take a bunch of pictures, have a diet Coke, get some breakfast at Beach Blanket Buffet, grab the snorkel gear, head out as soon as they clear the ship. Make a beeline for the adult beach tram, park on a lounge chair, hopefully near a hammock this time, snorkel for at least an hour and take at least 100 photos, have a Konk Kooler, eat, tram back to family beach, maybe eat again, hit the two for one specials at the bar, back to the ship. Chill.

that sounds heavenly to me Tracy! really i just want to relax, snorkel and explore a bit.

we are in the PIF club too. We aren't booking our Atlantis excursion just yet, we will be doing the basic one- explore the grounds and casino. hopefully win some money!

oh and please keep my mom in your thoughts and prayers. She reads here, but doesn't post.

She has had a pitutary brain tumor for years now, but it is benign, although still wreaks havoc on her endocrine system and possibly vision. She's on all sorts of medication and steroids to help regulate hormones etc. She's had one surgery to remove part of it, but it has grown back. They are concerned with her visit to the neuro surgeon that it is growing faster than they like. So she has an appt with the eye doctor friday am to check if it is affecting her vision (it pushes on the optic nerves etc.) and then see her surgeon again and decide if surgery is in order yet again. We hope she can still enjoy her cruise and she can RELAX with drink in hand! so keep her in your thoughts for us, i know it worries her (and all of us!). but knowing we have a visit to the mouse to look forward to might ease some of the pain! if they do schedule surgery, it might be very soon- before the cruise.
