I was PIF in December - I get paid for all stat holidays at the end of November. I used to spend it on Christmas shopping. I think I will start a new tradition that it will be a vacation fund every year!

That sounds like an excellent way to ensure you have a trip!! And what are you (and your kiddies) going to cherish more, this years 'gotta have it' toy or a vacation (even if it isn't to WDW)? Mom did stuff like that for me. Thought it was a bum deal at the time, but looking back, I was very lucky and got exposed to a bunch of things my friends didn't get the chance to.

We did a lot of road trips when I was young. The one that was supposed to be the last one was up to Mackinaw Island and back. Then we flew out west a few years later

My nephew and his friends already think DD is so lucky that we love to travel and take her places.
DH is convinced on Cuba for next year though. He is very much a sit on the beach kind of guy.
That reminds me, I was supposed to look up camping at the zoo for the summer...

Did you love Midnight Sun?!??! It is my favorite of all the books - and it is just a partial draft. I can't wait for Stephenie Meyer to finish it.

I can tell you that Palo brunch is already showing full for parties of 1 and 2.

When I checked the other day there were no times available for parties of 3-4 either. I am going to check when I get onboard to see if any times are available - but no biggie if not.

Here's my day.

Wake up at the crack of dawn, get the camera and get up on deck. Take a bunch of pictures, have a diet Coke, get some breakfast at Beach Blanket Buffet, grab the snorkel gear, head out as soon as they clear the ship. Make a beeline for the adult beach tram, park on a lounge chair, hopefully near a hammock this time, snorkel for at least an hour and take at least 100 photos, have a Konk Kooler, eat, tram back to family beach, maybe eat again, hit the two for one specials at the bar, back to the ship. Chill.

Add in some bike riding and that is my perfect day (minus the pictures part, Shanan likes doing that; and minus the diet part of diet Coke)... I cannot wait to cruise

That doesn't sound bad at all. Although we'll probably spend all of our time on the family beach. Me or DW may sneak away just to check out Serenity Bay. We may also sneak away to check out the bar.

Why would you need seatbelts? You'll only land in the nice, soft sand.

Brandie, I was thinking if brunch was full for 1 or 2 people, we might be able to get a group table when we get on board. Unless of course you want some private time with your DH. And who knows, by Wednesday, you might want some time away from some of us.

You need to study your Navigators. They have 2 for 1 specials sometimes at the adult pool in the afternoons, sometimes in the Cadillac Lounge late at night, and almost always from 2-3 pm at Conched Out Bar.
