First Disney World Trip This December!!!

Hey Everyone!

Im new to this forum, you can usually catch me on micechat in the DLR Forum. They dont have a very expansive WDW section so I looked around and found Disboards! I really love how much there is here on WDW.

Back Story:
I have always wanted to go to WDW since I can remember, but my parents were always tropical people so that meant if we were going to spend a week anywhere it was going to be in Mexico or Hawaii. Although I always enjoyed our vacations, I was constantly hoping our next trip would be to WDW but it never happened.

This year I decieded to take things into my own hands, I just picked up the phone and booked my very first trip for Dec. 2nd 2012!! I AM SOO EXCIETED!!

I have gone to DLR about once every year since I was born, and just this year I got my very first AP!

On this trip I will be going with my BF of 4 years. Im 19 and hes going to be 21 by the time we depart.

I Am a HUGE planner, so I have already secured all our ADR's and mapped out our days. I have tried to do as much research as possible (with thanks to this forum) and also read the Unofficial Guide to WDW. I am still super nervous but love all the great advice on these boards!

The Plan:
Dec. 2nd thru Dec. 8th
Staying at POFQ (Trying to switch to CSR but they are fully booked so I will be on the look out for cancelations)
7-Day Park Hopper Tickets
Deluxe Dining Plan (We're BIG foodies! I also attended Culinary School)
Dec. 4th Ticket to MVMCP!

4-Day Cruise on the Disney Dream to the Bahamas
(This is booked, but may be canceled, hopefully not!)
Dec. 9- Dec 13th

My plan (so far) with my ADR's (I'm so thankful I got everyone I wanted)

Day 1
-Arrive during the morning
-check in
-head over to DHS
-dinner at Yachtsman at 7:15
-back to DHS for extra evening hours

Day 2
-full magic kingdom day
- breakfast at cinderellas Royal table 8:10 am
-7 pm dinner at California Grill (this is my back up reservation for be our guest, just in case I don't get it once you can start making ADR)
- back to MK for extra evening hours

Day 3
-Epcot (world showcase)
-snacking/drinking around the world
- early dinner at Narcoossee's at 5:30pm
-mickeys very merry Christmas party at 7pm (it's ok if we're a little late)

Day 4
-animal kingdom
-early lunch at Sanaa (this is up for possible removable)
- early dinner at Jiko 5:30
- head over to either Epcot or MK until closing

Day 5
- Full Epcot day!
-lunch at biergarten at 12
- dinner at Bistro de Paris at 7:30
-illuminations at 9:30

Day 6
-DHS
-lunch at Hollywood brown derby (with fantasmic package) at 12
- fantasmic at 6:30 pm
-head over to Epcot for extra evening hours
- late dinner at Le cellier (I'm making this the minute it is possible I already set an alarm)
- stay at Epcot until 12:30 (closing)

Day 7
- check out
- misc park
- lunch at via Napoli
