Good morning all. How was your weekend???? Mine was wonderful.
Yesterday I did the new firm hips, thighs and abs workout. This workout was led by Pam Meriwether. This was an interesting workout. It was like yoga/pilates with the sculpting stick. That's all that was used. It was slow movements with and without the sculpting stick. It's a wonderful slow workout for when you don't want to work up a sweat but still want to tone your lower body. It is broken up between the lower and the abs. Nice workout
Today was the new firm complete body sculpting with Christa Riley. This was my first time working out with her. It was a wonderful workout. There was only 2 sets of weights used. I used 12 and 8. Lots of tempo variations and I just loved the aerobics parts of the tape. Lots of tempo changes especially with the leg presses. I loved the squats. So far this is my favorite workout. It was a nice pace with new moves that allowed me to really concentrate on my muscles.
O.k., I've reviewed all the tapes. I say you should get them if you can. It will add new dimension with your workouts. BTW, they are adding 5 tapes when you get the system now. I just ordered 3 more. So, the are really giving you more. However, I think it comes with the sculpting stick so check it out.

Like jello huh. Mine did too. I thought I was doing well. That workout had my legs shaking.
