Firm Week 28 Monday Aug. 30th - Sept. 5th

Good morning,

After two days of rest due to my summer cold, I got back to FIRMing today with Body Sculpt. Whew! It was hard coming back after being sick and two days rest, but I am so glad I did it.::yes::

FIRMIES!
This AM, I tried Complete Body Sculpting w/ Christa, my first BSS workout using my new FIRM box. The workout was strenuous & I finished in quite a sweat. The box will take a little getting used to, esp. changing the legs during routines.
DH & I previewed Hips, Thighs & Abs, one of my 2 add-on tapes. Boy does this workout look challenging. It uses the sculpting stick, so I'll have to adapt w/ my weights or dowel. I think I'll try to do Power Yoga, before I try HT&A.
I'm really undecided about my plans for tomorrow, I may return to Cardio Sculpt w/ Allie, but I definitely want to try another BSS workout on Monday.
