FIRM Thread Oct 1-31st

Well I had pizza today and all that effort of putting my arm up to my mouth was exhausting.
 
I ran 4 miles this morning. I wanted to run the 5.3 mile route but I was just too tired, so I compensated by running faster.

s&k'smom, are your muscles tired from all that heavy lifting? :teeth:
 
I'm exhausted. Very, very bad this weekend. But back to the good side tomorrow.
 
good evening everyone!! no exercise for me. Tom finnally arrived!! YEAH! However, along with that is all the icky and I just didn't feel up to it. I'll double up tomorrow! I am doing the 60 day exercise challenge and am shooting for 2700 before Christmas eve! Hope everyone had a great day. Stay away from the evil candy tomorrow!
 

Taebo cardio this am. Wow the end of October. I have a wish list started on the collegevideo site so as soon as I catch up with some bills I can go ahead and get some new workouts.
 
Hey everyone! Here's a link to a VF thread about the soon-to-be-released Leslie Sansone WATP dvds. Leslie's 4 Mile Super Challenge was the first vid I ever did--and I could barely do one mile when I began! I soon was able to do all four miles, and it got me in good enough shape to do The FIRM.

This is all the news I have for now, except that someone at The YaYas posted that they spoke to a customer service rep at The FIRM, and they stated that there'll be some new workouts for The TransFirmer in March/April. Hmmmmmmmm...The FIRM without a new gadget? Believe it when I see it!

The end of another month already. Cardio and Weights for me this morning. The last couple of nights I've felt really sore and tired and I tell myself that the next day should be a rest day, but by morning I'm feeling better so I go ahead and work out. I don't know if that's good or bad. :confused3
 
It's good norma!!! I go through that too!!!!

I did the bonus that is on the boot cam/muscle endurance tape. That is a good intense 68 minute workout!!!! I didn't feel like to much jumping, but this worked out great!!! However between those never ending leg presses, squats and lunges I ought to be feeling it tomorrow!
