FIRM Check-In Week 25

Good afternoon-

Last night I ignored Allie :teeth: and pulled out Calorie Killer. I have not done this one since I got the firm equipment- and this one needs a lot of work! I can not get the footwork on the rock legs/straddle fanny lifter part- I'm gonna have to watch this one a few times to get it down!

I wanted to do more than 1/2 hour- so I add on upper body part of Body Scuplt with Jen. I like this half of the tape, the lower body part:( and thats with no weights! :teeth:

I also did my 20 minutes this AM on the treadmill.

Sueg- Vacation! I am so jealous- hope you have fun. Leg presses = :faint: for me- but I know if we keep at it we will have "Firm" glutes!:teeth:

S&K'sMOM Sending a little:sunny: your way- hope things get better. Just don't trip over your Fannylifter- it hurts. (Don't ask how I know!)

ZerasPride- You are my Shero with those pushups! I am trying to get there! I read on a website to start on a wall and move down- I worked from the wall to the kitchen counter and I am using the third step on our stairs, I try to do 5-10 a day- but I gotta a long way to go- I can not even do the toes on the Fannylifter yet! And the tricep kickbacks with 5 lbs? Super Firmer!!

Sm4987- I keep meaning to tape some of Cathe on FIt TV, I am curious as I see her mentioned a lot. Is that a kickboxing tape hard?:teeth:

FIRMIES!
I spent part of my lunch hour discussing the FIRM, specifically & exercise, in general, with an "exercising co-worker". We also spent a few minutes on whole grain breads. Conversations that you thought you would never have. This co-worker has complained about her glutes & I found myself sounding like an informational and saying: "The fanny lifter is what gave me my shape..it firms & tones your glutes..." SGG

Last night back to Allie but this time it was Max Cardio Burn- THis one is going to take some getting use to but I like it! And no hover squats!:hyper:

And again this am- up and 20 minutes on the treadmill! I've decided Sat will be a rest day- I'm not gonna get up early on the weekends to do treadmill.

FIRMIES!
No rest today, but I did give my aching calves a break by doing Ab Sculpt. I was a little distracted during the workout, but I'm sure it wasn't the fact that yesterday, our governor announced he was gay and is resigning.
Hoping for my traditional long tapes this weekend. Both Sat. & Sun. must be early rise/early exercise days because I've got a long TO DO list.

Good morning Firmies! We are having internet problems at work so my access is limited. Anyway, I did cardio scultp blaster this morning and used medium weights instead of the light weights. Boy did that make a difference! I haven't been feeling "it" when I do this work out lately but I sure felt the burn using those heavier weights!

Good morning firmies. Today was a double workout. I did cardio sculpt blaster and super body sculpt.

I don't know if any of you are in Florida, but if you are, you are in my prayers!
 
Hey, Lisa I had to change my workout. I did cardio sculpt blaster also today. I keep forgetting the name of that workout. I too had to up my weights. If I don't, the tape doesn't feel very effective to me. I like the workout, but it's not a workout if you don't get any benefit from it
 
I haven't done any FIRM workouts this week but I'm soooo excited 'cause I FINALLY got 5 of the 6 missing dvds yesterday. They're the foundation for the BSS2 so I'm ready to go! I've been wanting to try Calorie Killer with Nancy so tonight I'll try to kill some calories!
 
Hey all. I did calorie killer this morning I also did a taebo workout. I'm really trying to make my 1000 minute goal.
