Hi FIRMies!
Today was Super Body Sculpt with my new 15 pound weights! I am sore already! (Of course that could be from cleaning my garage out for 3 hours straight!

Sheree~ The Cathe workout I have is an advanced one I think. It's a great workout! You do a few minutes of cardio burst followed by tough weights. There are 5 cycles in all, but you can mix everything up on this DVD. I'll probably do it again later on this week.
