Hi Everyone, I have a little dilemma. We're going down to Disney in mid-March and want to do Spectromagic on a Thursday night at 8:00PM. However we are illuminations junkies and can never miss it, so I was wondering what you think would be our best approach to get from the MK to Epcot in 30 minutes. We're staying at the Contemporary, so we could either walk to MK and then walk back to the Contemporary to get our car and drive to Epcot, or we could monorail it to MK and then monorail it from MK to Epcot. We tried this a couple years ago and ended up missing part of illuminations, so I want to have a plan in place. Thanks for your help! Robin

Welcome to the DIS, RobinEJ, I'm glad you found us and I hope you can visit often.

I'm going to move this to our transportation board for you. I'm sure the veterans there can give you excellent advice on this topic.

I have done this. Here is what I did.

Watch parade by start. As soon as it goes by HOOF it to monorail. Switch to Epcot Monorail to TTC.

This works best if the parade starts at Main Street which I think it does.

You have to move fast and you will not be alone on this trek!

Since I have not done it in a car I can't say if that would be faster or not!
