Financing question going through Disney?

I am waiting to receive my documents to sign with the current incentive. My question is once I am approved for financing at what point am I really appoved? I ask because when we bought our house years ago they did a credit check when we bought and then they ran the credit check again after the house was completed. I want to know when I can celebrate and know I am in the clear Do you get appoved initially and then later when they file the deed and go through closing do they run it again and we have to get approved all over again? I did not finance through Disney but it is my understanding that once you are approved for the financing than that is final with the exception of the right of recission. It sounds as though on your house some Banks will run a second credit report once the house closing is completed to verify that no other debts have happened since the deal started. It is also to verify that the information originally submitted is still valid. You should be fine!!!!
