I DID IT!!!!!! 20 pounds down!!! I've now set a further goal for myself of 7 more, but I'm really proud that I got through that 1st 20! YAY!!!!
arthur06 - I haven't heard of that, but I will really recommend the loseit.com - that's what I used, and it has been wonderful. Good luck to her!

I have cut out soda 100%
I drink water, tea and juices during the day.
I have started walking and using my eliptical this week - no more coat hanger!
DS and I are also starting the Biggest Loser for the Wii -
What did you do to loose so quickly!

That is totally awesome, I am so thrilled for you. It is very difficult to stick with a eating/exercise plan and we all have to find the right fit for ourselves. I lost 40 pounds more than 5 years ago (and kept it all off), it was one of those things where I started off just wanting to lose a few pounds and then all of sudden I was motivated to take off a few more and then a few more. I am sure you are going to be able to hit your new goal of 7 more. Please keep up us to date. 

). When you accomplish even the smallest goal it makes it easier to move to the next one and you may even be able to go past what you originally planned like EyoreEma. I never thought I would be down to my HS weight ever again and that wasn't my plan, but that is what happened in the end. On top of that it was good for my health
And when you evenutally do add on it will make it all the more sweeter. Be sure to keep us all updated!
So, I'm thinking that's some pretty awesome incentive. Throw your best weight loss tips at me!! I do a fairly consistent job of walking on an incline treadmill almost every day, and I'll kick it up a notch on that. I think one of my areas where I run into trouble is the fact that I like to eat. I tend to be a snacker, too. I don't really do breakfast because I don't like cereal/pop tarts/anything semi-easy to fix. Let me know what's worked for you in the past - I'd really love to add some points on here!

OK so for the last 2 mornings, I have gotten up...and went right back to bed when he's gone to work.

. But, I've vowed that I WILL get on the elliptical EVERY DAY between now and next Friday, despite the fact that I have FOUR 14 hour shifts to work in that timeframe. Sleep will have to wait until vacation
