final payment resale

how have you made your final payment on your resale purchase, wire funds regular mail check, fedex etc. did you fax docs, or mail them,thanks
 
You need to check with your closing company to see what their requirements are.

yes, different closing agencies have different requirements.
In the past I've just sent a bank check with docs via USPS priority mail.
 
I had the option to wire funds or send a bank check. I sent a bank check with the original documents vis UPS. Just did it yesterday so hoping my BWV contract will close next week!
 

Cashiers check and priority mail was good enough for me. I never wished to pay the fee to wire and felt the same about overnighting or Fedex.
 
I was lucky, my check was needed the week I was at WDW, so I got a bank check just before I left and dropped it off at the title companies office while I was there!
 
Cashiers check and registered US mail...both resale contracts closed the day after they received my documents...within four days of ROFR passing.
