Any deals for the Fijit toy? I've looked through the BF ads and haven't seen anything.

Only thing I've seen is the Target toy book coupon. And they are only $40 at Target instead of $50. So the coupon gets you down to $35 then if you have the Target Red Card it takes you to about $32

I just ordered online. It's free shipping so I figured I can always take it back if I find a better deal. (This way I was sure to get the color she wanted too).

I got ours from Target with the coupon as well. I would recommend anyone jump on it if you find the color you want anywhere...I had almost decided that my daughter was going to have to have green (the only color I had seen lately) but scored a pink one yesterday!! :goodvibes

they run about $40 every store around me have them in stock(ok well purple and green havent seen the other two) lucky for me my dd wanted the purple

oohh so everyone knows they have extra ears things for them i seen them at walmart

Good question, Dd wants one so bad. I really, really am hesitant to buy it and was also hoping to spend under $30 for it. Bummer there isnt a deal out there for them.

Lucky for me my DSis is getting one for my DD (and my niece). She used the coupon from Target and her redcard like a pp said. But I do know that the pink one she ordered has had its shipping date pushed back twice and she ordered them right when the toy books came out. If you are going to get one do it asap because all I have seen in the stores are the green ones.

That's funny since my daughter wanted green:) Oh well, I guess it saved me a trip to Target....which is always a savings since I always end up buying unplanned things when I'm in there. I don't have a red card so with tax it was still $37 even with $5 off. I saw the Youtube video of them.....I have a feeling this may be like Zhu Zhu pets for my DD. #1 thing on the list and then never played with after the few weeks. They'll probably be $10 by next year. The fun of kids:goodvibes

We just threw out a whole bunch of zhu zhu stuff that barely got used.
Last year DD wanted the go go walkin pup thing and my DH said absolutely not, waste of money. DD was fairly disappointed. But a couple months later when her cousins was barely used except by DS we talked about it again and she wasn't so upset.

This year she has asked for the fijit repeatedly and I have ordered her one. I hope it gets used more than the zhu zhu's. I just couldn't disaapoint her two years in a row and at least this one is not $50.

Think I'll head over to ToysRUs and order the accessories now before I forget.

If you order the Fijit from Toysrus you get the accessory pack free. But shipping for me was $10.95 + tax, deal breaker...

I swear I saw some at Aldi last week. Thought it was odd since they are supposed to be "in" right now. Did not notice the price, though.

My daughter is begging for that thing too... But when I did a internet search for reviews of it, they weren't very good... seems a lot of them broke after very little play or just flat out didn't work as advertised.... does anyone on the board have any actual experience with them? Good or bad.

From what I understand the batteries have to be replaced asap. That is why their is such a problem with it.

I won't be able to check out Aldi's until tomorrow. Thanks for the tip, I'll check it out.

My 5 year old got one for her birthday today. We changed the batteries and it works fine. Just make sure that she speaks CLEARLY when talking to it or it will not understand.
