Fever

When you get a fever can you feel it in your eye lids when you blink? Or am I complete freak?

I think I have the nasty little stomach bug that has been making some rounds lately. My face feels like it has been over an open flame for the past few years.

Gee thanks. Here I am with a fever, not noticing my eyelids...and now that you mention it, I DO feel it in my eyelids.

Now whenever I have a fever I'm going to feel my hot eyelids

Get well soon! I think I have bronchitis....I would not trade you! I hate tummy bugs.

Yes, I totally know what you are talking about with the eyelid thing. I also feel like my joints are being pulled apart, achy, when I have a fever. I also have a heart arrhythmia that gets worse when I get a fever...that is usually my first sign that I am getting sick.

Guess my cat has figured out that I don't feel good because he will not leave my side. Right now he is on my lap. Usually I love our snuggle time but not when I'm already burning up. But I'll leave him there because I know he loves his mommy.

Yup, I feel it in my eyelids as well. Also feel it in the back of the roof of my mouth for some reason. It gets really hot. Next time I have a fever you can throw that cat my way. When I get a fever I can't get warm no matter what I do.

Yes, and when I squeeze my eyes closed tight I hear a funny noise in my ears, kind of like a roaring noise!

I have always been able to tell I am sick by my eyelids..in fact the sickest I ever was I kept saying my eyelids feel real funny.

I was feeling those suckers last night.

I thought that noise was normal.

Thanks all! Sounds like it really has been making the rounds.

Looks like I'll be going to the doctor tomorrow (when I get out of bed) because I now believe I have bronchitis setting in too.

See I go all out when I do something!

At least I have still been able to get in some work from home.
