If you book a lunch dining package for the Broadway Concert during the Festival of the Arts, does it include confirmed seating for a SPECIFIC show that day or can you go to any one of the shows?

Which would you choose--Garden Grill, Rose & Crown or Akershus? Are GG & Akerhus character lunches?
