Feeling kinda bummed

Alas we got the Haunted mansion camper done and took it to the Fort for a couple of weeks and when we got back, my wife decided we should get a bigger one. One that sleeps more people. So we found a decent deal on a 31 foot trailer, much newer too. The sad part is we have to get rid of the other 2 campers because we just don't have room in the driveway. So the Haunted Mansion was easy to sell, for more than I paid too. The pop up one of my daughters is buying for her family. Well at least we'll have some room in the driveway, although I sure will miss the Mansion. Sniff sniff

Awe, I'm sorry about your having to sell 2 campers - especially the Mansion. I can see where you would have a special attachment to it. Some things in life just aren't fair, darnit! I'm sure this newer camper will be a better "fit" for your family and I bet you can have it looking all ghoulish and creepy in no time.

The trip in June wasn't too bad. It was a lot more relaxing, except for a few hiccups....Like my mother-in-law passing away 2 days after we got there. My wife's sister wasn't even going to tell us. We got a call from the Funeral home saying she's ready to be cremated now. We knew that's what she wanted so had them take care of it. Still working through that one.
We did meet Stacktester at the Fort. That was nice to see someone from the boards. Did a lot of looping with Kenny's Cart. Spent a lot more time at the Fort than we have in the past. Already planning on our next trips. We're going to spoil ourselves in March with no kids and staying at the Key West for a couple of weeks. We're hoping to be at the Fort the following December.
