How I Met Your Mother is DH & I's favorite show

Yep, three sections: Casitas, Cabanas and Ranchos. Each section has a quiet pool although the Cabanas pool was under refurb while we were there and then there is the feature pool sort of in the middle.

We LOVE How I Met Your Mother, especially the "make fun of Canada episodes".

The photos are great. I would love to be in one of those hammocks right now! Did you find someone to take the family photos of you guys or did you just set up the camera on a timer?

We just used a timer and balanced the camera on a trash can or a light etc.

Unrelated to our trip but we are getting a new roof put on our house and the work started today. Well the roofers discovered that a big raccoon has been living at the top of our pine tree in the backyard, we had no idea! This is sad though as the roofers have to cut part of the tree away to do their work so this poor raccoon is losing its home. Reminds me of Pom Poko. Poor guy, he never bothered us.

Welcome all to the second post of The Trip of sleep deprivation, lost cameras, abandoned wheelchairs and giant male p*&^%$#s carvings.

Some of you may know because you either live in Canada or you read the post earlier that Lessa posted. The mailmen of Canada are rebelling against Democracy.

While we were in Florida Alek and I infiltrated their top secret base at the hotel we were all staying at. (Quite a coincidence huh!)

With Lessa and mom at the counter checking in Alek and I were free to move undercover. I am the one in black and Alek is in the white.

Alek and I first went back to the car to get some top secret equipment. When we got there we noticed that the Canadian mail men had already been there(that is why it is filled with snow).

Now angry Alek and I pucnhed our way through the pavement and traveled the tunnels of Disney. After a few minutes we found their secret base underneath the cafeteria.

Suddenly an alarm went off and me and Alek hi-tailed it out of there. Right outside the lobby we noticed they were Nazi mail men and they are here for revenge.

Alek and I fought our way through the hotel.

Alek was able to get a dog to eat one of them, and I was able to take some out with authentic Disney Golf Balls. Thanks to our quick thinking we were able to save our vacation, Canada's reputation, and most important of all show the world that the spirit of freedom and honour still exists in all of our hearts.

This was absolutely hysterical and cheered up a bad day so far.

Rosie should love this next photo since she said her favourite photo of Alek and Erich is the car photo from the intro to this report. Erich is getting revenge on Alek for that terrible attempt on his life a few years ago.

Great photo op!

There was very little Coronado Springs specific merchandise, in fact, I think there was only a pin. The other "CSR" merchandise is the same stuff you can find at Epcot in the Mexico pavilion.

They used to have men's polo shirts, shirts for women, beach towels, bathing suit cover-ups, etc. However, ALL of the resorts are getting away from carrying "resort themed" items.

These flowers are beautiful.


We are now in the Ranchos section of the resort.

After seeing these pictures, I really want to try the Ranchos (the only section we've not tried in nine stays)

As we were crossing over the bridge that would get us back to the Casitas section and our room we spied a turtle!

We see that little guy every year!

Like Kathy said, there are three quiet pools and one feature pool. The Cabanas quiet pool was closed when we were there so no picture.

Couldn't miss Survivor, I had to watch that night and on Sunday to find out if my fav Survivor, Boston Rob, would finally win!

I love all the CSR pics! I think we stayed in the Ranchos last time, and I really liked the desert-like landscaping. I also think that your family pictures are very nice. They certainly have personality!
