Feedback on Bussy Saint Georges

For my upcoming stay in DLP I had a reservation for Ibis Budget at Val d'Europe. However today I looked on Expedia and found an amazing offer for Villa Bellagio at Bussy Saint Georges.
I stayed at the Premiere Class at Bussy Saint Georges and I know what to expect as distance from the park. Looking on Google Maps this hotel looks even nearer to the RER station than the Premiere Class.

At the moment I have both reservations that can be cancelled without penalty.
Ibis Budget is 184euro for three nights.
Villa Bellagio is 117euro for the same nights.

67euro is more that 1/3 saving!

Reviews are nice for both hotels and Ibis is near the Val d'Europe. My only concern is that it will be cold (from 20 to 23 December) and I may regret my decision when I'll have to walk in the cold to go back to the hotel.
What would you do?

It's way closer to the RER than the PC - I see where it is as it was the old Best Western hotel - Is less than 10 minutes, even quicker as you'll walk faster in the cold

If the reviews are good I'd try it as not only it is cheaper the room will be bigger, the bathroom too and should have a nicer look to it, not that you are spending a lot of time there but even so

I think I'll go for the Bussy Sant George route. I'll write my feedback when I'll be back.
