AP discounts are out for Jan through Feb 14th.

I arrive Feb 11th - March 2nd ... would that be applied to my first 3 nights then do you know?
Ive booked through Dreams - so I think they look too??

Our AAA travel agent was able to use the Disney VISA code on our existing reservation today and it saved us a couple hundred dollars.
Tomorrow will be double-digit day!!

Just called Disney the code saved me $207.00 on 5 nites 2/20-2/25 @ POR not to mention it includes DisneyQuest which we planned on doing now that is free. I don't have a Disney visa but they are holding the reservation til tommorrow, so if my TA can't book it I just have to call with a deposit.

We are going late Feb and tried the Visa code. They didn't have any availability for Contemporary MK view and the price for tix and room for AK Lodge was $1778 for three nights - I have $405 room only now, AAA rate. Maybe there will be AP rates but I'm not feeling too optimistic...

Kaitysmom - What are your dates if you don't mind my asking? We are going in late February too with a MK view at the CR. Just wondering if I should even bother to call.

I know the CR has been showing only a 1br Garden Suite available for a LOOOONGGG time, because it took me weeks to get this MK view. Maybe that's why no code....

I just got off the phone and applied a code to our vacation 2/11 - 2/16 at Pop. I found the code on mousesavers. I didn't use the visa code as I didn't have a disney visa. Our original price was $1,583 and it came down to $1,463. I'm soooo happy to have gotten this accomplished and even saved a little money. Besides the extra ticket options. I just didn't want to pay for the park hopper and water park and more options. I'm a happy camper. Good luck to everyone else who is trying to save some $$$.

My TA emailed me this morning about the discounts available for our Feb trip. We were scheduled to stay at POFQ, but the only hotel with the discounts was CBR, so we switched. We are staying for 6 nights and saved $270!! (more money for me to spend at the Christmas store )

I am so bummed. We were booked at the POFQ for February with 6 other families back in August though AAA. My AAA TA who doesn't seem to have a clue couldn't even get me the AAA rate at the time. So I've been waiting for a code to come out so maybe I could get something better.

So my AAA TA calls me and there's nothing at POFQ and there's only king rooms at CBR (we are 2A 2C) and 6 families like that so we got NOTHING.

Now I have absolutely NO DISCOUNTS at all. I am so ticked!!!

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

I know what you're talking about. I had to call my AAA agent today and tell her about the code. I first called Disney today myself to find out how much I would save. They gave me a better price than AAA so I then called AAA agent and told her to apply the code. She calls me back "oh they can't do it it's only for Std rooms" (we're staying at POP) I said NO they gave me a better price for Pfd. then she said no more rooms for for discount. I said I just called and they have availability. I said ok and took her word for it (yeah right) I called Disney myself again they had availability for Pfd room with the discount. I booked it then called her. In the meantime she was trying to call me (I saw it on call waiting/caller id). She left a message that if I wanted to I could get a disc at a moderate and stay there with 5 of us in the one room (no thankyou). I called her back there is avail. for pfd with the discount. I want to cancel my reservation with you and book my own. Then she said I would lose my trip insurance payment Disney said I have 14 days to cancel (I just paid yesterday). I told her I already made a new reservation I don't need AAA she said what's your new reservation # and she would apply it to the AAA existing one. I said what are the benefits with booking with AAA when I'm doing all the legwork myself. I don't even know what she said etc. But anyway she applied the disc. to the AAA ressie. I am like are you kidding me why didn't you know about the discount and how come when you call there's no avail and it's only for std room? she said that AAA gets a different code.

Bottom Line: Call Disney yourself tell them the code they'll look it up. Mousesavers has the code on the website. Get your own price for where you want to stay, tickets, dining etc. Compare it to your AAA price and take it from there. Hopefully you'll save some money. So far my AAA agent has been completely useless and that's the honest truth!!

We were booked at WL for 6 nights in a standard room with the dining package. They didn't have availability for the ZCL code with the standard view so we upgraded to woods view, got the added options and saved $200. Not a huge savings but we were going regardless.

I just figured out the numbers: I am saving $455.49 with the new code compared to the price that Disney quoted me last week without any discounts. WOW

I am trying to contact my AAA TA to upgrade our room only for our trip...she has not responded.

Called Disney travel and they are experiencing a system upgrade or something. Anyways they are not able view vacation packages and tell me if I can change from room only.

My TA from Dreams Unlimited just applied the discount without even asking to do so He saved us almost 300 on our 5 day stay at the AKL and we got the waterpark option free-but I don't see us using that in the middle of Feb -but you never know-we'll keep our fingers crossed that we'll have at least one nice day that we could pop over there for 1/2 day

3forME - We are going Feb 22 for three nights, taking a 4 night cruise and then going to AK Lodge for 3 nights.

When I called, they only had CR garden wing view rooms available with the code. I am worried that they are going to be booked solid for this week so there probably aren't going to be any great AP rates. Hope I'm wrong... This code didn't really save us anything - at least not in our case. With the AK rate, we would be paying $62.55 per day for tickets. I guess we were lucky to grab the AAA rate.
