Febuary 07 Discount Codes

Wow i started this thread a while back. Great to see it took off so well. DGF and I are still looking for that Feb code Feb 25 - March 3.
Going to stay at CSR again . We just love the resort.
Plus it`s nice to see a few people from Louisiana posting on this thread aswell.

In the past they have come out as early as Oct 20th. I suspect we won't see them until sometime in Nov though. Does anyone know what Deluxes would be going for?

When I spoke to a CM at CRO, he kind of hinted that I should look for Feb codes near the end of the month. Hope so! Hoping for good deluxe rates!

We have a room booked in Feb already - can you use the code if you already have a room booked? What if your room already has a CAA rate? Can they be combined or is the code a better option for savings?

Whether the rate is better really depends. Annual Pass code rates are usually very good. You usually can't apply the code to your existing reservation, but you can try to make a new one with the code, then cancel your other one if the code is available. Just don't cancel before you have your confirmed room with the code.

I've always been able to apply the AP discount code to an already booked room.

I just noticed on the front page of the DIS that family magic discounts are available for Canadians which cover dates up to March 07, so maybe this is a sign that other rates may be out soon?

Im glad you said this,as I was just about to query it with Dreams.I only booked with them on the understanding that the code could be applied afterwards,or I would of waited to book...anybody else know?

I heard the same thing that vacations booked thru DU-would have codes applied if they came out-We're going in Feb too(18-22nd with the DDP)

We booked POR during the time the new code is available for Canadians. We are Canadian, we booked a package with dining and park hopper passes and will be there during the time the code specified you needed to be and booked through DU. We dont qualify...why because apparently their is a huge convention during the time we are there and the resort is almost filled to capacity. It is not even a room code it is a pass code so it should not make any difference how full or empty the rooms are.............

The code isn't automatically applied - your particular room type and resort must be "available" under the special. A resort that is full before the special probably won't be available at the special rate, or if it is, will be very limited. From what I understand, its not as simple as just "adding" the deal to an existing reservation.

Did you happen to check the rates on the Canada special anyway? I'm curious if its worth changing to another moderate resort to get the discount - or are you set on POR? What are your dates?

My TA is doing that right now. We really have our heart set on POR and we are also a family of five so our choices are limited.
