add another 45 for me, should be 180/800. This challenge is a great motivator, I haven't exercised so many days in a row ever!! Thanks
 
50 minutes of WATP for me. Some with weights, some I had to put them down. WHEW!

I'm up to 190/600!
 

I got in 356 minutes this week.

I did 10 minutes of dancing last night and 70 minutes of walking today :cool1:
My total is now 220/950! :cheer2: :cheer2:
 
I'm at 215/1000 as of today. Hope to get much more in next week.
 
30 minutes on the treadmill for me so now I'm 220/600.
 
60 minute hockey game last night!

10 minutes of abs and 50 minutes on treadmill (3.09 miles) 240 minutes so far. :)
 
well i started this month with a bang by pulling a muscle in my lower back and taking 4 days off to rest it -- today back on the plan and managed 80 mins at the fitness center 140/1350
 
Did the 1 mile WATP tonight so another 20 minutes for me. I'm now 240/600.
