WATP, 30 minutes for me. That puts me at 80/600 


First hand recommendation from the yoga instructor is the chocolate lava cake (maybe served on Thursday) but all your hard work will be worth it to savor that delectable chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate mmmmmmmmmmmmmm - please think of me when you are savoring it 
Mostly walking w/ my DH, but some floor exercises, dancing, and bicycling was involved too.
If I keep this up I'm gonna blow my goal out of the water!
But,
besides going clothes shopping today, I probably won't get in any real exercise. There is always the weekend!
