Seriously, though, I did about 25 minutes of walking Friday at the airport and at the resort. When I checked in, the castmember was insistent on having Bell Services drive me to my building. When she said it the third time, going on about how far it was from the front desk to my building, I told her "I'm here to do the half-marathon on Sunday. I think I can walk to my villa." LOL! Her only response? "Oh, you're doing the half-marathon? You'll need this." and she handed me the special sheet with transportation instructions. LOL!
I liked the part where we went through the Magic Kingdom, and I liked the part where we went past the cute guys dressed up like princes and asking me to please try on the glass shoe or glass sneaker, and I liked the part in EPCOT walking toward Spaceship Earth, and I really liked the part jogging across the finish line. The rest of it? Not so much.

Monday, Feb 27 - 40 minutes treadmill, 20 strength training, 20 minutes aerobics.

2/26 30 mins cleaning, moving furniture, up & down stairs (1.5 hours total)
2/27 70 mins crossramp, treadmill and bike
2 days left - 245 minutes to go - I CAN!

Congratulations, keenercam! It doesn't matter that you were "slow" - only that you participated, and best of all - finished!
Feb. 26 - 10 minutes strength (had to do something while coloring my hair!)
Feb. 27 - 55 cardio (Nordic Track and bike)
We had such a great time and a fantastic workout. I could really feel the workout but it was a fantastic post-race way to burn some calories without stressing the muscles and joints too much. I am totally sold on this and will realy endeavor to get there at least one night a week.Tuesday, Feb 28 - 90 minute walk and 44 minute yoga.

Got it another 60 minutes tonight - 15 min strength, 45 cardio. I have a feeling I will be taking March 1st as a rest day!

Did do my 3 mile walk this morning. Came home drenched and cold--even the dog wasn't happy the last 3/4 mile!
But now I've had a pot of tea and will soon drain the hot water tank.
Tomorrow is a new day!
You guys totally ROCKED this challenge!!
