Thanks, Cam, for picking up the slack! I left for FL on the 21 & got back the 2nd to total and complete CHAOS with DS25 strange medical with DD20(again). VERY happy you posted this! I'll be back next month, or when needed.

Feb 6 - 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes free weights, 5 minutes stepper = 45 minutes
Feb 7 - 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes treadmill, 6 minutes hand bike = 56 minutes
Month total = 341/1500
Haha, no! I was at party, I didn't want to look like a crazy person. I kept it light on the food and beer though!!
Between today and yesterday, I now have 110 minutes out of 680 goaled. So excited!

I had 20 minutes walking to and from court yesterday (in heels, with a briefcase. LOL!) and 40 minutes on the elliptical last night.
2/7 - 60 minutes
And today I did 60 minutes on the recumbent bike
2/8 - 60 minutes
That puts me at 565/1500. More than a third of the way there!

Would it be possible to up my goal? I feel like if I kept it the same, I'd be at 100% in like, a week! I feel a lot more motivated if I goal myself high. So if possible, I want to change my goal to 1000 minutes.
If I can do that, I'm currently sitting at 110/1000 minutes for the month of February...with a 5K to do this Saturday!

I worked out this morning before work, and got another 50 minutes!
So as of today, I'm at 160/1000- almost 20%!!
