February Exercise Challenge!

Thanks, Cam, for picking up the slack! I left for FL on the 21 & got back the 2nd to total and complete CHAOS with DS25 strange medical with DD20(again). VERY happy you posted this! I'll be back next month, or when needed.

Put me in for 3000 based on Bugg. Hopefully I will make it!

I walked to and from court this morning, in heels with a heavy briefcase. 20 more minutes brings me to 445/1500

Feb 6 - 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes free weights, 5 minutes stepper = 45 minutes

Feb 7 - 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes treadmill, 6 minutes hand bike = 56 minutes

Month total = 341/1500

Haha, no! I was at party, I didn't want to look like a crazy person. I kept it light on the food and beer though!!

Between today and yesterday, I now have 110 minutes out of 680 goaled. So excited!

And today I did 60 minutes on the recumbent bike

2/8 - 60 minutes

That puts me at 565/1500. More than a third of the way there! :goodvibes

Walking in heels should double your time! Ouch! You deserve to call that 40 min instead of 20!

Would it be possible to up my goal? I feel like if I kept it the same, I'd be at 100% in like, a week! I feel a lot more motivated if I goal myself high. So if possible, I want to change my goal to 1000 minutes.

If I can do that, I'm currently sitting at 110/1000 minutes for the month of February...with a 5K to do this Saturday!

Don't underestimate how much your motivation inspires others, Nancy. With two small children, you are still making time to exercise, plan your meals and log into myfitnesspal. I am very impressed AND inspired. :hug:

As for me, no workout this morning. I woke up with a migraine and took the time instead to relax with some coffee after taking pain meds, put together my breakfast, lunch, and two snacks, and logged it all into myfitnesspal. I'll call the time well-spent, and I have my gym bag at work with a plan to go to the Y on the way home.
