February Exercise Challenge!

Surprised I was able to do 80 minutes at the gym!

Breakdown:
65 minutes on the elliptical including cool-down.

15 on Circuit.

80/1200

Going to go later today (since it is technically Friday...darn 12 hour shifts running me late) :goodvibes
 
I will be home all month, so my goal could definitely be higher. However, I didn't make my goal the past 2 months, so I will keep it at 1000 minutes.

Feb. 1 - 50 minutes cardio (Nordic Track and bike)
Feb. 3 - 50 minutes cardio (Nordic Track and bike)

Feb 3 - 35 minutes aerobics and 40 minutes yoga = 75 minutes

Total so far is 175/1500
 

Can I join in?? I hope to reach 680 mins for the month of February! So far...I have nothing yet, lol :lmao: That will soon change!
 
I didn't go to the gym tonight (my inner demon won!) But I did do 30 minute stretch DVD and 3 minutes worth of crunches ... :rotfl:

Doing Supreme 90 in the 1st 30 days lost 1.5 inches on my waist and .75 inch around my bust (which I have TON to lose)

Goal is 1000 minutes

Wed 2/1 S90 cardio challenge 40 minutes
Fri 2/3 s90 back and biceps 46 minutes

86 minutes/1000 minutes
 
I am away this weekend volunteering with Special Olympics and I can't update from my iPhone so I'll update Sunday night or Monday morning! Keep moving, everyone! And WELCOME to our new participants! It's never too late to join and set a goal!!

Exercising has not been my strong suit lately. I am going to make my goal 450 minutes for the month.

I have done 10 minutes so far, so 10/450. My goal is to really get going with C25K and do it outside. I would love to run an actual race.

I had 120 minutes of walking today, including a 5k, walking around this beach town and walking around the outlets.
 
Managed 79 minutes tonight. Brings me to...

If I don't keel over by months end, it'll be a miracle! :lmao: 12 hour shifts at the hospital + exercise = zombie
 
I walked for a little over 3 hours yesterday, volunteering at the Polar Bear Plunge for Special Olympics. We walked a LOT, including pacing the beach in the cold, working safety and security. We parked our car pretty far away, too.

[I realized I never posted my 20 minutes of walking briskly Friday night, to the hotel down the boardwalk a ways, where we had to register for the 5k and then back to a restaurant for a late dinner]

I am now at 425/1500

So, welcome to a new week. What's the plan? I am trying to get back into the routine of going to the Y in the mornings before work. Some days will be hard, like tomorrow when I have to be in court at 9, but hopefully, I will get there all the other days. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical this morning and my knee isn't happy with me, especially after the huge number of minutes spent walking this weekend (several hours on the wet sand on the beach - that's challenging!) and the 5k on Saturday. I'll have to figure out the right combination of babying it and strengthening it.

Keep up the movement everyone! Every minute counts!
