I know there are some of us (including me!) who are frustrated about the slow progress towards our goals this month, but I want everyone to hang in there. Every step forward does your body good. February is just a hard month period--icky weather and short!
But at least around here, the weather is slowly improving, the days are getting longer and spring is right around the corner.
Hang in there and keep moving. No matter where you end up this month you made an effort and sometimes that has to be good enough.![]()

kinda bummed about being sick again. Got "gluten poisoned" at the beginning of the week, so this was the first day I got back to working out. It felt sooooo good!
