February Exercise Challenge--Let's get moving and take care of our hearts!

Happy Monday everyone! :wave2: Hope we all had a great weekend and can't wait for the next one!:beach:

2/22-31 minute walk and 50 minute run
2/24-160 minute run (13 miles) I have to admit, as painful as getting into a cold bath after a long, tough workout may be, the less pain the next day makes it all worth it. ::yes::

Brings this month's total to 1229/1300. Will hit that goal at yoga tonight. Yippeee!!!!! :cheer2:
 

I was sick all last week with strep! :guilty: Not sure if I will hit my goal - but I will try!!

2/22 - Turbo Fire HIIT 15
2/23 - Turbo Fire 55
2/24 - Turbo Fire 60 & Les Mills Pump Extreme

I don't know how the contestants on the Biggest Loser work out for more than 4 hours per day - I thought I would collapse yesterday when I did a double workout! I have a whole new respect for them!! :)

I'm back and I'll try to figure out my exercise time for the past week (I did a lot of walking around in DC). Any tips on how to calculate it if all I have are step counts?
 
Saturday - Agility with Grace - 20 minutes
Sunday - 90 minutes of elliptical, bike and weights
Today 50 minutes of elliptical, bike and stretching

Brings me to 1077/625

So I calculated the points I would earn for my steps then said that every point was 10 minutes. If anyone thinks I should do this differently, let me know.

2/11 - 20 minutes - walking
2/12 - 40 minutes - weight lifting/cycling
2/13 - 20 minutes - walking
then I got sick...
2/17 - 50 minutes - walking
2/18 - 80 minutes - walking
2/19 - 20 minutes - walking
2/20 - 100 minutes - walking
2/21 - 90 minutes - walking
2/22 - 50 minutes - walking
2/23 - 20 minutes - walking

2/25 - 30 minutes - cycling

Leaving me with 1170/900

2/26 - 30 minutes elliptical, 5 minutes PT exercises

With 2 days to go, the goal of 1300 has been met and beaten! Whoo hoo!!!!!!:cool1::cheer2::banana:

45 min run last night brings me to 465/950. Still not quite to 50% (my revised goal) but I still have three days of workouts!

My knee is feeling a lot better tho so I know I will have a better march!

10 mins stretching (felt SO good)

I'm thinking, "Marching into March?"
