I noticed there wasn't a check-in thread for February 2025 and figured I'd get one started! Who is joining the fun in February? I will be there with my Mom, Feb 27-March 2 (so I'm a bit of both months!). We haven't been to DL together since 2019, so it's long overdue. Can't wait!

Me!! Using our newly acquired MK passes for our first trip of 2025 from February 6-9. I totally didn't realize we'll be flying home during the Superbowl or I would have picked a different weekend. I love Superbowl, mainly for the snacks, though and go all out. It will be my daughter (12) and me.

I will be in the parks Jan 31 and Feb 2 and 3. I am going with my DS, DDIL, DGD (18) DGS (20) and his DGF (20). I have not been with this family since 2013 and am so looking forward to it! I have never been this time of year so keeping fingers crossed it won’t rain. We are from Oregon and know how to deal with rain but just would rather not on vacation. Travel days on each side of park days and have rooms at the Tropicana.

Aww too bad, but maybe you can have some Super Bowl-esuqe snacks the day before in honor of it 😁 Hope you have a blast with your daughter!

Sounds like a great family trip! Fingers crossed it doesn't rain too much for you. We had a torrential downpour during a late January visit this year, but luckily it cleared up pretty quickly so it was just a minor delay.

Had to change my planned early January trip to February 6th to 13th due to problems with a root canal I had in December. I’m staying at Stovall’s Best Western. The only disappointment in my change of dates is that the railroad will be closed. I love that railroad 😭

Visiting with DH and DD Feb 15-20. We are so excited to stay at GCH again. I know the week will be crazy but we are limited to school breaks so it is what it is! Hoping Jolly Holiday will be open by then but it’s not looking good.
Jolly Holiday being closed is seriously upsetting! I hope it gets removed from the refurb calendar soon. I thought I had heard they were only removing the bakery cases, but maybe there is something more complicated going on.

Welcome! Glad you were able to reachdule. And I share in your disappointment...the railroad is the best! I especially love the Primeval World section...and of course it's always a nice break on the feet!

Welcome! I've updated the check-in list.

So what have folks gotten for dining reservations, if you have any?

I was able to get Blue Bayou since my Mom loves it (and this is a early birthday trip for her). I'll also likely try to pop in or get a same day ressie for the Magic Key Terrace at some point during the trip. Nothing on that menu particularly blows me away, but I haven't had a pass/key since before COVID and I want to check the space out. I always meant to visit when it was Alfresco Tasting Terrace...the views look nice at least!

We have Goofys Kitchen just because it's tradition and my daughter's favorite restaurant. I've went on a weight loss journey in 2024 and now buffets are a waste of money for me and I'm having trouble spending that much but I'm telling myself it's for the characters and memories.

I'd like to try the new Broken Spell restaurant at DH but will do that on the next trip.

Other than that we do mainly quick service for our meals.

I have Blue Bayou booked as a surprise for my DH. Pirates is his favorite ride and it’s been a long time since we’ve eaten there. I also have Rancho fantastic package booked but not sure if we’ll keep it.

My husband and I will be there Feb 5-8. We haven’t gone just the 2 of us in about 25 years. We go every 2 years as a family though. Can’t wait!
Same exact dates! See you there!
(Same senario also!)

Most looking forward to having some knowledge of the park now and really taking out time. The hours are longer than expected which means probably going to be busier than I hoped, but it's DL, and when it's just two adults it's such relaxing experience to me.
