February 2009 .....Anyone else going then?

Our first on-resort trip is 2-20 -27. We HAD to take advantage of the stay 4, get 3 free deal! We are staying at POR and have the DDP... I called to book ADR last night (Dec. 12). We were able to get what we wanted, but had to ajust times as some were full... we are eating at: crystal palace, coral reef, garden grill, liberty tavern, etc.

A decade ago I went in Feb. and it was in the 90's (HOT) but that is very, very unusual. I would love a weather report from any recent Feb. traverlers, although being unpredictable seems about all one can say! Crowd levels are predicted to be fairly moderate on the touring plans website.

We will be at the Poly from Feb. 4th to the 11th.

It will be our DD5 first trip to Disney, so if any of you have "I wish I'd done___ for my childs' first trip"... please let me know. My DH and I haven't been to Disney since we were children, so any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!

something we've done as a tradition... pick a spot to take a picture of your child, and then every time you go back take a picture of him/her in that same spot. It's so sweet to watch how they grow throughout the trips. And take a picture of him/her in front of his/her favorite attraction. We do that every year now, too. The "favorite" changes year to year.

fyi...the photopass photographers will take a pic with YOUR CAMERA of you with your child if you ask them---no charge. We get them to take pics all the time so that we have some of the entire family.

We will be at the Poly from Feb 7th to 14th. DS will almost be three at the time and it will be his 4th trip. Even though he is younger, he loves to play at the playgrounds and enjoys the character meals. He likes the rides, but we find that it is nice to take a break from all of the running around to just play for a little while each day. Especially at the Poly. We take one day just to hang around the beautiful resort and play in the sand and explore all the trails around the buildings. It is very relaxing, especially with a Mai Tai in one hand....

We are going on Feb 6-14 sooooooooo excited. We will be staying at the POR this is our second time to WD we went last year in September it was nice but HOT the crowds were low I am hoping for the same thing this time only with cooler weather

We have all our dinning booked and ready to go...................so hurry up February and get here. SMILE

Not sure what to pack this time we have family SIL and BIL going in December they leave soon...................only another couple weeks at best so hoping they can give me some information when they get back from their trip right around Christmas

Taking my first February trip in 2009. Going towards the end of the month back to my favorite hotel the CBR!
